My understanding of movement passes through gymnastics, dance, acrobatics and fitness.
I am a personal trainer, a professional dancer and an acrobat.
In my trainings I pay particular attention to its approach, I strive to generate a long-lasting motivation and I analyze movement meticulously.

​​VITA

​I trained as a gymnast for 10 years and at age 18, after developing a sense for creativity and performing arts, I decided to become a dancer, wanting to explore the multicolored facets of movement.
I studied at the Rotterdam Dance Academy and at age 21 I started working with the first professional dance company.
​I have been working for various ensembles such as NND in Groningen(NL), StateTheater Darmstadt(DE), StateTheater Kassel(DE), Gothenburg Opera Dance Co.(SE), Landerer&Co.(DE).
In 2010 my interest in creating movement stories, led me to find the project based Company RiuDenseSense together with dancer Tatiana Marchini.
I choreographed shows for Landerer&Co.(DE), Gothenburg Opera dance Co.(SE), StateTheater Darmstadt(DE), StateTheater Kaiserslautern(DE), Gothenburg Ballet Academy(SE).

Today I work mainly as a trainer/personal trainer and I live in Hannover (DE).
I train with people of all sorts, starting from professional dancers, athletes and acrobats, passing through people who want to reconsider their shape and gain trust in their bodies until movement lovers of every age who are looking for a deeper approach to this culture.
